King Insulation of Portland. Under Norm’s direction
Specialty Insulation and Energy King became the largest
insulation companies in Spokane and Portland. In 1998 Norm
sold the insulation companies to a national group and turned
his focus to making Specialty Environmental the leader in
the abatement field. Norm is always looking to be the leader
in cutting edge technology and provides an extensive program
of both employee training and quality assurance to ensure
that each client receives state of the art service by our
qualified professionals. |

Lowell has
been involved in all phases of the environmental business.
He did all phases of removal work before taking over as our
lead estimator. His broad experience, extensive knowledge
and determination to be the leader in the industry help him
to provide full service to clients who require removal of
hazardous materials with the least disturbance and lowest

out projects flowing. He is in charge of our Supervisors,
Scheduling jobs, quality control, consulting, materials and
equipment purchasing and worker training. He over sees all
projects from start to finish. He is a certified supervisor,
lead certified, certified asbestos and lead testing,
